Maxime Dewulf
Dr. Dewulf was born in 1987 in Roeselare, Belgium. He graduated summa cum laude from medical school at the Ghent University in 2012 and finished his surgical training in 2018.
In 2018 he started a fellowship at the Maria Middelares hospital in Ghent, with a focus on colorectal and abdominal wall surgery.
As a fellow of the European Hernia Society, he visited Prof. De Beaux in Edinburgh during this time.
He is currently working as a clinical fellow and PhD-candidate in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary surgery at the Maastricht University in The Netherlands, with a specific interest in minimally invasive liver surgery.
